  • I've been on all! Lol! I have the implanon right now, had it for 17 mos total. Love it and actually no weight gain and me losing this 22 lbs has been easy, so not impairing that. No even pregnanciy scares. Periods are irratic but short :)
  • No meds! I dealt with low blood sugar in hs but kind of grew out of it. I have my yearly in a few wks so until then, no Atkins, butbwill still limit carbs just not extremeb

  • Yea probably normal, just threw me off!! I go from panty liner to super tampon by the time I'm home from the gym!! And he implanon is progesterone only no estrogen, I'm always afraid it's not working, I mean I'm going through a divorce so ow I don't have to worry aout that partlol

  • My problem is mostly that I burn so many cal at the gym I'm ravished. Just trying to find an equal middle ground. Lol! I used to snack and soy and blueberries and strawberries blend it upland bam instant energy.

  • I'd say no subway! Lol!! Cold cuts have lots of sodium, not to mention, the bread, even if it's flat. Eat breakfast!!! I wuld do whole body strength training three times a week and start doing hiit on the treadmill. 30 sec go as hard as possible, 2:30 recover by going slower. My two cents. I your food diary private

  • Hi thanks! I've been researching it for awhile now, but not much of a meat eater, I like chicken and seafood. I have celiacs disease and I pay a lot of money for gluten free products (anything containing carbs basically) so I had thought this might be a good lifestyle for me, and I'd for sure be gluten free!

  • I looked at your diary. See for me personally what you're eating, I'd gain weight too. Lol! But my body is very temperamental. When you have after dinner snacks, what time are you eating those? My after dinner snacks are like carrots, spinach, things like that. If I consumed that much after dinner it'd be bad news for me.…
