I should be getting back on the elliptical. My 'break' has lasted over an hour now

That's how I ended up with some of mine. So many ferrets and I only bought one for my roommate for his birthday. Rescues just find their way to me. lol At one point we had 12. Lots of cleaning to keep that up, so once they passed we decided not to keep more than 6-7 at a time.

It is very sad and quite common, among older males especially. I consider myself lucky since I've only lost one to it, and another just started balding. Not a bad record for having had as many as I have in my life.

That is a LOT of cute in one small area! I have Fiona Madrox Ghost Yogie BD (Belladonna) Trixie And, not a furry, but still a baby (he's quite angry in this picture. It's when I first rescued him and he hated humans)

Pizza, definitely. If I can power through a greasy Greek style pizza with no side effect, I would be so happy. lol

Ha. I found a FB Bingo and I've been playing that.

<3 Borderlands <3 I think I need 2 more achievements. Kinda sad, I just beat Crawbastard a few weeks ago with a couple of friends. I'm teaching myself to crochet, which I'm not embarrassed by, but a lot of people think is odd.

This looks like a great challenge. I just started logging calories again after a break and it would be great to have something like this pushing me ^_^ Sending a request now.

So worth it. I have no coordination and have a blast. If you get the videos, they always tell you to go at your own pace and just concentrate on doing the moves properly. I'm slower than the people in the videos, but I am sweating my butt off and the next day I am burning in all the right places. lol

I am all for adoption. My mother was adopted. She loves her family very much, but would like to at least know about her parents, though a lot of that comes from medical reasons. My sister was having episodes and since the doctors couldn't figure out what was causing them, we were wondering about it being genetic. Fostering…

Lots of water and a slice or two from Domino's. Horrible for dieting, but I let it slide since it doesn't happen very often.

Love it! I started out without a GPS or phone. Time To Make the Donuts series is a good one for people that just want to test out the idea without getting an app or buying anything. After TTMD I moved up to an app and now have a hiking GPS. Now if only I had a car... lol There are only so many caches within walking…

Love it! That and letterboxing. Such a fun way to get outdoors. Speaking of which, it's been a while since I've gone out, time to put some new caches into my GPS. ^_^

A couple days late, but I'm in. Nothing for Monday. Yesterday was 500, and planning for at least 750 today. A bit on the low side, but getting back on the wagon works a lot better for me if I have a slow start :)

I've been in a slump for a couple of months, not logging every day, or getting in the exercise that I'm supposed to. Tomorrow I am going back to putting in real effort. =^_^=

Agreed. I topped out at 306 and though I was unhappy with myself, I never thought of it as disgusting and felt pretty bad when I saw people saying that at 200lbs.

I manage to snack while gaming, so I'm trying to work goodies out of the picture and replace it with veggies. And yeah, that's my baby, Fiona, one of 6 ferrets, but easily my cutest. haha I would have loved to bring a bunny home, but the friend I live with is horribly allergic :P
-
Welcome! I know how you feel, I am in love with crafts, gaming, and books. Getting your butt in gear can be pretty difficult with those things staring at you from across the room. haha Good luck getting fit :)
-
Absolutely not. I lost my first 16 pounds doing no exercise but walking. It's a good place to start and build up from :)
-
Blech. Got off track for a while there and lost a life :( Oh well, it's a new day and I am back to helping :D

Spent the entire day sewing a costume for my friends' daughter, so a bit behind on exercise today. I only made it to 260 calories. Definitely kicking some butt on the Elliptical tomorrow to make up for that :) Total so far ..... a sad little 710 leaving me with 2790 to go.

.... this may be the greatest Challenge I have ever seen. lol Definitely joining. :D

Sounds fun. I am only at 450 right now since I didn't work out on Monday, but catching up won't be a problem. To Karrieif: It does all depend on what you're doing. If I spend 45 minutes 6 days a week on the elliptical, I'll go over 3500. If I switched to Zumba it would take even less time. It does depend on your size, so…

This year I'm going as Mad Moxxi (she's from a video game I play. Yes, I am a bit of a dork. lol) and I still have quite a bit of sewing to do, so I probably shouldn't be hanging out in the forums. ha

I did that last year and could barely breathe. Can't wait to fit comfortably into my corset again.... well, as comfortable as a corset can be. lol
-
I'll have pics of my costume all over the place after the 29th. I'm taking a break from sewing now. Until then, I am definitely putting up an old pic. I love Halloween :)

Gr. Forgot to weigh in this morning. I guess I'll be swinging by tomorrow and crossing my fingers 'til then.
