  • Yeah, miles won't be an issue. I usually go out 4 times a week and get in anywhere from 3.5 - 6 miles per trip.   • I have a larger build and my doctor told me that I should be aiming for the 180 area, so that's the goal I've set for myself :)
  • As much as I would LOVE for my cup size to shrink, I don't think it will. I've always been a DD, even before I gained all the weight. I'm just hoping that I'll at least go to a D since my goal weight is the smallest I will have been since I was 14 or so.
  • I just started drinking lots of water and never told myself I wasn't allowed to have soda. Right now I drink 2 cans or less a week, which is a huge triumph for someone like me that drank nothing but soda for 3 years. I think your body will eventually get used to the idea that soda doesn't always have to be in your diet.
  • I weigh in the morning after a trip to the bathroom, with clothes on. I always weigh-in wearing the same outfit so it does show me being heavier, but at least doesn't change from week to week.
  • Mine changes every week or so. This week it's an omelet with chicken and cheese. So tastey, and quick since I cook up some chicken ahead of time and keep it in the fridge for breakfast.
