I have the same problem. I only make it to 8 glasses when I'm taking a long walk and it's reeaally hot out.

Not too sure on everyone else, but I carry my hiking GPS with me everywhere now. It records the miles for each trip and for the whole month separately, so I just reset the trip recording each night. Before I had that I just went to places that had the miles marked. At the high school in my town you can do 1/4 mile rounding…

This post definitely made my day. I get more than a few negative looks as I'm huffing up a hill with a beet red face, but it's always encouraging to think there might be strangers cheering me on as well. :)

Good to know how many people are in love with Zumba. I just got the DVDs, but it will be awhile before I can really count them as working out. I am horribly clumsy and the moves are going to take forever for me to get right. lol

I'm fine with cutting down on most things, but the one thing I should get rid of completely is the one thing I refuse to never have. I love the energy drink Amp - Overdrive( that's the red one). I've been good though. Once upon a time I was drinking 2 or more a day, now I have one a week.
