love quesadilla's, I know you can make them on the stove top but I bought a quesadilla maker and I love it because it is so quick! I add chicken, peppers & onions and cheese. Then top it with pico del gallo or salsa and sour cream

I had a similar thing happen to me, a guy at my gym said that women should just do cardio and light weights to "look good". Joining another gym is not an option for me so I made it my mission to prove him wrong. In a couple months he should see how manly I look :laugh:

Nope, just going to enjoy the day with family I may get in a workout that morning. Even if I wanted to log it would be a huge guess because I am not doing the cooking and I would be estimating everyones recipe.

Not for me, I have never had the desire to be a mom. Getting to leave on a trip on the spur of the moment, having extra cash, not having the responsibility, the list goes on...I enjoy my life so much the way it is I cannot imagine being tied down.

I go twice a week Tuesdays & Thursdays Take some Aleve if you are very sore skip tonight and go next week, if you are just a little sore suck it up and go you will be proud you went.

chicken, steak,fish, shrimp, pork .. I like anything cooked on the grill. Cooked a pork loin over the weekend that was great, will probably grill chicken tonight.

easy for me I hate buffets, all I can think about it all the germs and how many people touch the serving utinsels. If you ejoy buffets I would just eat it and not log it, but do not go back muliple time for more and try to get some exercise in beforehand

^^this . It is a fad diet right now that makes your wallet lighter. It is not a lifestyle change and most of those using it will gain the weight back in a short amount of time.
