If I use one I use the Kroger app, mainly because I shop there because it is on my way home. You can make a grocery list and load coupons onto your Kroger Plus card. Most of the time I write the things I need down on a sticky note and attach it to my phone so I won't forget, silly I know :laugh:

Never used them for running but use them hiking and I really like them. I have the Yaktrax Pro and I highly recommend them, they have a strap that attached over the top of your boot/shoe.

I took a Zumba class and loved it but the class changed times and I was no longer able to go. I bought the DVD's and hated them, I was very bored with them and felt like I was not getting as good of a workout in. ETA: I ended up selling the DVD and getting a gym membership

The people who talk the most are the ones with bad experiences. I got Mirena back in the summer and had spotting for awhile on and off but I think my body has adjusted because I have not had a period in a couple months. I had the older version (white cover) they are good DVD's but I decided they were not as fun as going to the class and I worked out with them twice. Is there a class near by that you can get her a membership at? just a suggestion

personally I would do cardio and strength training on different days if possible. I usually do a cardio warm up before lifting but usually on do 20 mins
