Do you have any cook books that specialise in veganism? I'm vegetarian and have a cookbook that not only has great recipes, but also plenty of tips on where to get the necessary nutrition from. It's called "the essential vegetarian cookbook" and would also be great help to vegans

I'm 20 and have been signed up with MFP for months but lacked the support/motivation to stick with it. Now I'm back and realise I need some friends on here haha. I'm not obese (yet! I have 1100 cal a day. I am a vegetarian and love eating whole fruit and veg so I can actually have decent sized meals with this amount of calories, also I don't mind going over a little. I am about 58kg now (128lbs ?) but my goal is 48kg (106lbs).
