I have been listening to Fatboy Slim's greatest hits during my dreadmill runs, and i think my fav for motivational is a toss up between "Praise You" and "Right here, Right now". They always push me to keep going & going.

I got most of my standard set at flea markets & yard sales, got the squat rack on Craig's list. I think the standard barbell bits are easier to find that the Olympic sized ones

I am using one of those Iron Gyms that goes in the door-way & the rubber bands (rubberbanditz.com) to assist...still can only do like 3 or 4. That shiz is tough!

I work out fasted as soon as I getup, and drink only water. As soon as I'm done I hit a protein shake. I have on occasion worked out in the pm, but only before dinner

Since I am still kinda new to the whole lifting thing, I am happy to have a program to follow. Nrol4w starts with a few stretches then there are 2 different workouts to follow. So far, so good.
