This is what I would say. It never is a good idea to give (a negative) opinion unless someone asks for it. The only time I might do/say something is if someone was involved in an abusive relationship, or doing drugs/abusing alcohol (or something awful like that)...

A surgery to put in a double catheter for chemo (lukemia)...way fun! Hernia when I was a baby...which I heard is very rare for a girl.

Mine always go first, but I love being fit and seeing (for the first time) skinny legs! My ex (and now my friend) never cared, he liked seeing my fit body:) He called it sexy, and said he didn't care about the boobs (even if he did, it didn't show-he was very supportive and into the new body:)

I try to log, then eat. Just like I try to log my exercise a day before to be motivated. However, my "food mood" tends to change a lot.

I don't know about that. My parents use sensa, and they are losing weight. I just truly believe though that the only way to lose weight, keep it off, and be healthy is to do it through healthy eating and exercise:) It's the hard way..but sometimes the hard way is the best way.

I can never eat a big breakfast, but at least I'm eating one now;) I used to just be a coffee for bfast lady...ha ha Now I do either oatmeal, greek yogurt w/fruit, whole wheat pancakes or whole wheat waffle w/fruit....plus either turkey sausage, turkey bacion or bacon. Keep it simple.

I love the taste of white rice as opposed to the odd taste of brown rice. I don't remove it from my diet, just only have it once and while. I have brown rice all the time, but prefer white.

I don't know if I'll ever be truly be happy with myself;) ha ha. I always find room for improvement. I do like my shape better now, but will love it when my legs have no wiggle or jiggle. I will be happy when I love myself instead of like myself, when I feel confident all day, and not just at certain times:)

I do agree that the government should not put laws on a person's body-including what we eat, drink...but smoking in a public place (such as a mall, bar or restaurant) can effect other people's general health. Secondhand smoke can cause people to get asthma, empesyma or worse...

This--vodka&diet soda or low cal juice. Sometimes a rum&diet coke. Stay away from crazy mixed drinks usually.

I have no prob with people eating/drinking what they want. I do agree with cigarette laws, as secondhand smoke is harmful/nasty. I do agree if you want to smoke in your house, your car...go for it.

I would not be for regulating what people eat--if people want to drink soda, eat fatty foods...that is his/her choice. However, I am all for the caloric (sodium, etc) content on all menus! :)

the 10-14%...and that's so not personality;) personality I like someone who takes initiative, is charismatic (not arrogant), intelligent, funny with my type of humor, likes adventure, can be sensitive when necessary...and has a dorky side.

First:Upper Body...sadly, very first to go is any boobs I may have had with more weight! (ha ha) Last: The place I want to lose my weight...that dreaded wobbly area right below my butt/hips:(
