Going to hibachi tonight--would it be okay to get a filet mignon or salmon (half)?...I usually never touch the salad...hate the dressing, and eat half the rice (I love the rice&veggies) Thanks for any input:)

All of them (that I have done) are really great:) I personally think the 30 day shred& ripped in 30 are the best for overall workouts. I haven't finished Ripped, but in a little over week I can see a difference.

I don't really care about my small breasts, usually that means I am in better shape!:) If men don't like em, oh well...I would kill to be taller..even an inch or two!

I think it was awful. I am tired of Shonda Rhimes killing off characters every season finale. You can have quality drama without the death. I like using those whole-wheat sandwich thins (even one half) and spreading hummus on the bread. I top the hummus with good veggies, and shredded mozzarella. Heat it up to melt the cheese:)

I try to log before I exercise, as a way to motivate me. It's also a way for me to set an appointment to workout. If I log it, it's a promise I will do it:) However, sometimes I may not do the full amount I put in/or what I do. So I just adjust my exercise log.

Sometimes PB&banana on whole wheat toast is my breakfast! :) I also love a banana, pb, and chocolate protein shake.

Depo made me gain initially...about 5pnds. But I didn't continue to gain weight after. I would take it forever if it wasn't for the bone loss possibility!

I was on depo provera, which did work great for me. Unfortunately you can only use it for about 2years (bone loss issues) Reason I liked it is because it is a shot you only get once every 3months:)

I say whatever works best for that individual&family. I feel personally if a family home schools, it's better to have a small group of individuals to "school" with. I would not want a child to feel isolated. Personally, as much as public/private schools stink (for many reasons) I'd rather teach a child about the world…

I don't know---it sucks, but but people seem to morph into what he/she think you want or just into the other person at times. And also sometimes people are just crazy! ;)

frozen veggies/fruit, canned beans (low sodium), farmer's markets...frozen raw fish, large tubs of plain greek yogurt...that's what i can think of for now;) But it becomes easier as you learn. Trust me, I very budget wise right now!

it's not so much about losing the last few pounds, just bout the amount of sodium/ heart health issues involved in "healthy" frozen microwave meals. I do like the snack size things, or the occasional steamer meals. They are still high in sodium, but are more flavorful and filling than most frozen meals

10 chips--but it was not even the whole serving size, so not that bad right? ;) Kind of killed my sodium intake for the day after the ham and swiss (on my whole wheat w/flax sandwich thins...yum!)

if you have little time for cooking, try to find prepared meals with "low sodium" or "heart healthy" on the label. (like soups that offer this now) But these can be very tough to find. It can be easier (not to mention tastier) to just look for a cookbook or recipes online that are easy,quick and healthy. Even prepare them…

I just do my best to eat healthy carbs. Whole grains, brown rice, beans, sweet potato...i keep my portions small. I just love carbs so i would have a slow painful death without them! (obviously joking;) I do notice a difference in my body when I started to do this plan.
