  • 1) Jesus/God have sooo many questions! 2) My Grandpa, miss him so much, just to see him would be a blessing...hear his voice again? I'd treasure that forever:) 3) Third person would be probably someone silly and famous--maybe John Lennon? ha ha. A musical genius (to me) who would have so many stories, and maybe play some…
  • You needed to eat--more importantly refuel. So no:) Things happen, sometimes we over snack but this isn't a binge.
  • I'm 5'2, and finally have seen noticeable progress in the past few months! In three months I lost 5 pounds, and in 6 months a total of 11 pounds:) I am now at one of my goals--being 115. Now headed toward my next goal...thanks to a combo of 30 Day Shred, and either Killer Buns&Thighs or another JM dvd.
  • I usually do 30DS and another one of her workouts (or another short workout)
  • I do both:)
  • Complete honesty- (AT FIRST) it was to please a former boyfriend by having a hot body. Now--to please myself with an amazing hot body, and new crazy confidence! :)
  • I was a virgin until only a few years ago (only been with one guy as well), so I understand the kind of stigma that comes with "virgin territory" (ha ha) after a certain age. I definitely don't judge those who have been with many partners, even if it's a choice I didn't/wouldn't make. I also never judge "older" virgins, as…
  • Killer Buns&Thighs is a personal fave because it helped me reshape my legs--made them so much thinner! I also love 30Day Shred--quick workout, but really effective:)
  • this has been my issue forever;)
  • If it's only been four times since 9/2011, it may not be cheating (as even cheaters-men&woman-still have sex with their partners) it probably is some sort of stress in his life (job, health, etc) or in your relationship. You may have brought it up already, but does he actually know how much this hurts you? That you came to…
  • that other thread was awful...I get upset when ppl start saying thin ppl can't have curves, and I also hate the negativity toward bigger ppl as well. Why can't we (all being on a fitness website) try to accept the individual shapes ppl are trying to embrace--as long as they are healthy?:) Be positive is all.
  • pear---or my own personalized version would be "thin curvy" (ha ha)
  • I have a scale, but never use it--always go by tape measure! measurements (lose in inches) is a better marker for success.
  • I would like to add (being a fairly petite person) that I am not a skinny basher: but you should trying to add a few pounds, as you are underweight for 5'4. Just lift some weights, add more protein--and think positive:)
  • well to me, look better now weighing a little more toned, than "skinny fat" as I used to be (very thin, but no muscle/tone) Try Jillian Michaels--No More Trouble Zones is great for different squats/lunges--helped a lot with my arms too.
  • Do a great cardio workout ahead of time, eat high protein-low cal meal(s) during the day (or 2 protein shakes, and a snack). That way you can indulge a little for the fundraiser. (A couple drinks, etc)
  • I have a few friends and fam members who always say I need to loosen up: "I don't need to calorie count, look up calorie counts in restaurants...what weight will I actually be happy at...do I really need to exercise so much...." , I just do my best to block out the negativity-at times I have also worked it out if I know…
  • I log everything (that I remember)--or I at least write down the calories at put them in. Cheat days i usually don't go "crazy" anyway, but it's a good thing to log.
  • I'm 5'2 I started at 125...my weight went up to almost 130 I am currently 115:) (Which was a short-term goal) Final Goal:107
  • I love killer buns and thighs--it really helped my legs get toned and thin, and you feel the burn in your butt!
  • First off, you don't suck! Especially if it's your first day using a calorie/fitness diary-cut yourself some slack. Second, it takes time to get used to using this type of program:) Everyone has days where they eat over the calorie amount allotted to him/her even after months of using this. Try to plan your meals ahead of…
  • Guys like curves, my previous bf said he liked my hips. I just worked on ways to tone my thighs (which always bugged me:)
  • The 30 day shred was super helpful for me in toning up! (being 5'2, and I started it trying lose those last few pounds;) I also added in cardio kick boxing (or just cardio) to supplement it. Good luck:)
  • First off, I'm sorry for all your struggles. Being a person who has been depressed, some people lose lots of weight because they don't eat or can't eat. Others gain. It's much better to be healthy, exercising, and eating-even if the results aren't there yet. I'm a petite person, and when I first tried to lose weight, it…
  • I would like to know this too, as i don't have a hrm. Thanks!
  • I agree with this--I want someone who takes an active roll in his fitness--and is excited about mine as well.
  • Bigger people can be just as mean, snobby, (fill in the negative adjective here)...Negativity has nothing to do with the size of the person, just the heart/vaules of the person!
  • I actually stumblesd upon it while trying shake up my workout, I'm going to do it for a few weeks and check out the results. I'm in good shape, and that first day of cardio whipped my butt!
  • I used to care a lot about weight, and want to get down to my old weight of 105-110. Now I am more toned, in better shape--but I weigh more. I'd rather reduce my body fat percentage and not look at what the scale says!
  • It's definitely all about trust, respect, and friendship. If there was a mutual trust, respect, and friendship as far as I was concerned-well then I wouldn't have any need to worry.
