Just Killer Bun&Thighs...plus HIIT workouts from my Turbo Fire have helped to slim them a lot (although I still have a jiggle/wiggle)

My ex boyfriend used to talk about his ex- girlfriend (before me) having the "skinniest tiniest waist ever...and she did Turbo Jam just like you do" :( Also, how my legs and butt looked too old for my age. (Way too flabby)

You can do it without gym--I cannot afford a gym that would have classes I enjoy doing. (I am not a big fan of the treadmill) I invested some money in a good dvd workout program, which saved me money in the long run.

I still do the rum&diet...I can't drink normal soda! (And I barely drink soda anyway) Also, Vodka,tonic&splash of cranberry juice;)

I dislike HIIT 15 (I love the other HITTS!) I actually like 55ez if I have the time to do it, and I really love the music and workout I get in TF45. I have to force myself to do 45ez, but the part that's like jumping rope is really helpful for my legs.

I'm a starbucks addict--so I'd have to say don't go with a Keurig...Dolce Gusto has the best options for every type of drink. (Just harder to find) Tassimo is nice, but pricey.

I tend to like anything Jillian Michaels- no matter how tough it can be, or how annoying some people say she is...the workouts work (at least for me) I have No More Trouble Zones, and just purchased Killer Buns and Thighs

I love turbo fire--i use wrist weights...but this is because I'm crazy;) The core, sculpt, tone workouts only use resistance bands. Also, Jillian Michaels only uses light weights (and still will kick your butt!)

eating well, cooking light, food network- has a healthy section...I also do my own a lot. (and i have a rocco dispirito book "now eat this", that I refer to for foods i love, but with the healthy versions. (Most are amazing-others I just modified or never did again) I love the other website ideas, thanks!

Pretty much! I just avoid as much sodium as possible, and really avoid trans fats..and white flour/rice.

Yeah, sorry--I will never, ever, ever give up pasta or bread or rice. I did switch to whole wheat bread,pasta, and rice a long time ago--all in moderation;)

Wear that person's favorite color in a top (a blouse or light sweater), and either pants or a skirt that falls just above the knee (nothing short-I like pencil skirts, they are universally flattering)

MFP tells me to eat 1200, but I also add back the calories I use up in a workout. (So on a workout day ALWAYS eat more than 1200...I aim for 1400-1500) Also, make sure to pack in lean protein to every meal.

It is worse when I break out in full laugh/smile (which is often)...and this dumb guy just blurts out "I have big ole chipmunk cheeks" (As if this is a compliment?) I wanted to slug him--okay, not really. ha ha.

I like Twin Labs--Whey Designer is also good. I try to buy using slick deals, or on amazon in 5lbs (and up) to save money.

Ultimately--Pure Joy, and a job! (Looking for work everyday doesn't exactly pay well or have benefits;) And if I was entirely honest, a new, fabulous (treats me fabulous) boyfriend. Also some new clothes and purse...but most of what I asked for is inexpensive. I do kind of want a hrm now to track my turbo fire calories.
