I'm only 5'2 (and a half, ha ha) so if a guy is shorter than me...which is a very tough thing to be...nope. Sorry but no. I am very weird and prefer men who tower over me. I don't know why.

I was on the shot for awhile, and I did gain about 5 pounds. But healthy eating and exercise helped a lot!

I also never deprive myself during the week. I do my best to enjoy filling and tasty (healthy) food. If I need a splurge, like chips or ice cream (etc) it's a very small portion and make sure to earn it!

I have a day when I have a cheat meal--or a good meal/drinks. But I don't go crazy and eat my daily caloric intake in a meal. I also usually still exercise on that day.

I love salty foods (potato chips esp.-so they usually aren't in the house!), nachos/any Mexican foods (I have found healthy ways to make these) oh and my drinks with the ladies!

Breakfast is never a waste of time or calories--if you aren't hungry or have little time eat a Greek yogurt w/fruit mixed in. A piece of whole wheat toast with all natural peanut butter, maybe slices of banana.

also a flavored vodka&club soda, gin&tonic with lime...I get yelled at for this, but coke zero&rum (or vodka). If you drink beer, try a stout instead of light beer, it's heavier so it will take longer to drink. It also tastes better in my opinion.

I like them both a lot, but Turbo Fire is better because of the intensity and the HIIT workouts:) (HIIT workouts are a like the "turbos" in Turbo Jam, but last longer). So you can do a quick 15-25 min workout , but burn crazy calories.

I eat 1200 on my non exercise days! 1400-1500 on my exercise days, and I'm 5'2/115 pounds. Definitely keep the calories up:)
