For a dancing one -I never did these but they do have Dancing w/the Stars dvds, or Zumba. To me, Zumba on dvd was not that much fun-it would probably be better in a class. Oh, a good haircut, some new shoes and ladies night never hurt;) I like to wear less makeup most days, and surprisingly this adds to a feeling of confidence and beauty-- I only wear moisturizer, mascara&lip gloss. Wearing more makes me feel like I'm wearing a mask, and I think people respond more to a natural look.

5'2 and my goal is about 115-120:) (Or at least more tone) I never get a good reaction when I say I like to workout/want to be more fit. People have straight out called me vain, or shot me mean looks! Does anyone find it tougher to lose weight being short?

Mine says 1200, but I do high intensity cardio (turbo fire) or circuit training w/weights five days a week. So I try to add a protein shake after my workout out, or eat healthy snacks during the day. for winter: ice skating, sledding, (if you can afford it and like it) skiing otherwise: ballroom/latin dancing, do a healthy cooking class together...

For walking or running NB are great and very comfortable. For cardio/kickboxing I use asics (they have a lot of cushion for jumping)

Most of my friends and family just don't understand a "food&exercise diary"-some even make jokes about it, but they are supportive of the goal to be healthy and fit.

Nope--my sis is apple shaped and is normal height- very overweight. (Go her, she joined a gym and is losing weight slowly but surely!) I have a pear shape, and am short/petite frame. We don't even look similar, ha ha

No-Of course I don't get that with a certain med I'm on;) But never otherwise--I was always more emotional then,and I can only imagine what getting on a scale would do to me!

I don't drink as much as I used to, but I do allow myself some drinks when I'm out with friends. I simply make sure to include them in my calorie intake for the day.

Live each day as if it was an adventure, and treasure those around you- you may not have tomorrow. Also, hair is just hair---so a bad hair cut is no big deal! . These came from having leukemia at 25-I learned life is a gift...and the No-hair cut from chemo sucks, ha ha, but it does save lives! :D

I am not sure how healthy they are-but they are great snacks, low cals, high fiber and the chocolate&oats is amazing!

Fudge is my downfall;) I love the cookies too. At least my mom makes cookies super small. Fudge-which is now in my fridge-I just cut a tiny piece to cut the craving.

I love metallics (gold, silver, bronze) for the holidays... since you have the nude shoes, do those with a sparkly metallic shade bag. I never follow the rule that bags must match shoes.

Usually I don't. When I am out, I am out with friends-so I make that time our time to catch up, be together and have fun. (I may flirt a little if my friends are fine with it, but that's about it.)

5'2- started at 126-127, now 123 and more lean (due to muscle). I also got some success this morning when I got back into, and zipped up my "sexy" (size 0) jeans! yay. Still have work to do to make them fit more comfortable in the waist;)

diet soda-in moderation. (I drink coke zero) I only drink about a soda a week-so it isn't that bad, and I can't stand the taste of sugary soda.
