As for giving the skins to the cat, I would think it might make it sick because the skin is pure fat. I only ever eat skinless chicken anymore, it makes a big difference in the calories of the chicken.

This is what I use too. I really like the chocolate. I mix it with Almond Milk, it is dairy free - has less calories then milk & twice the calcium. Also, a lot of times you can print off a $1.00 off cupon from the Body Fortress web site!

Don't know if you have an Aldi's near you but they have the same thing, same package design but its called Happy Farms and they have the light ones for 25 calories. I LOVE the plain light ones. I eat one or two of them daily. The ones from Aldi's are also close to half the price of the Laughing Cow ones as well.

I tend to buy the store brand ones because they are less expensive, but they taste really good and they have…

Great tips!! :) Also, just in case you would like a really good hot dog alternative, the Hebrew National Light Beef Franks are So So good and they are real meat and only 40 calories!! They (as all hot dogs) are still a little high on sodium but not as bad as a regular hot dog would be.

I have been on MFP on and off for several months and after buying a new scale and realizing just how heavy I have become I have decided that its now time to really get serious about losing this weight. I started off life big (10.4 at birth) and really have never…
