Maybe these folks are delusional? I don't care what my weight is I just want to fit into a size 12 UK again.

who is this average person? the 3500 reduction per week = 1lb loss makes sense If I eat 1200 cals/day - and I take this as an weekly average not a gospel, I am supposed to lose 1.5lb per week. Eating reasonably I consume about 1350 cals/day and I'm losing 1lb per week atm. Its all chemistry at the end of the day. We're all…

Its a cognitive behavioural change you're looking for. I know how you feel, I've been battling to get rid of a stone for 7 years now. I've just figured it out how to stop myself 'snacking' or 'cheating'. After coming out of an eating disorder too its the last little demon. I've lost 8lbs so far using this site and mobile…

if you're hungry eat. If you aren't don't eat.

Too complicated. Dips do not cancel out vegetables. Dips might add extra calories but you're using this as an excuse. If you like cooked carrotts and corn, eat cooked carrotts and corn. Its not about likes its about routines. No-one can make you change your diet. Thats your decision. If your heart isn't in it. It won't…

Its very simple (yeah yeah I know, we wouldn't be here if it was) If you aren't hungry don't eat. If you are hungry, eat. The problem is we don't listen to our body. Use the BMR tool - you can afford to go over your daily calorie limit upto your BMR without gaining weight. If you eat your BMR your weight should stay the…

I did Low carb via Tim Ferris 4 hour body for 4 weeks. I didn't get the results that were estimated. I lost 3lb in the 1st week, 2lb in the second then fluctuated up and down by 1lb for the next 2 weeks. I also found that after 4 weeks I was in a low mood. Carbs are good for mental health. It wasn't for me. I was on it for…

What do you mean by Aerobic and Anaerobic? Long term working out everyday will put extra wear on your joints. You do need a recovery peroid between workouts. When you work out you break down your muscle so imagine the impact if you never let them recover. Having a rest period will increase the efficiency of your work outs.…

Kettlebells and Ballet :-) If you can't get to ballet go to pilates.

The heavy ones (mine is 16kg) are supposed to work a lot of the muscles. 3 times a week for KB workouts I think.
-
I have the 16kg one. Mine came with a poster showing lots of different exercises. Kettlebell swings work the most muscles - especially the core. I do 20 reps 3 times per week. and 3 sets of 5 deadlifts from 2 positions. Position A kettlebell on the floor between your feet - EYES FORWARD. Position B kettlebell on floor…

Go talk to your GP. If you're throwing up after eating thats not good. They will advise you and monitor you medically. They may provide you with meal replacements if its getting very bad. They can also refer you for counselling if you need it to help deal with your stress issue. My GP is old and wise and has a great way of…

If you aren't hungry don't eat simples. Enjoy the deficit I say. I'm normally trying to work out extra to put me back in the green! If you're forcing yourself to exercise you're doing the wrong ones. I HATE THE GYM! The gym sucks. I play team sports and go to dance classes. Much more fun and much more efficient (more…
