No, I feel complete normal. It is funny because I hated water until I started dieting, which was very recently. The max I drink daily now is 5-6 liters, and the min is between 3 -4 liters. The trick is have a liter of water with you at all times, and you will drink it without any effort or toture.

Sunday Carbs: Under Lunges: completed 2hrs 40 min I will take tomorrow off. I think I push myself too hard this week, I started feeling sick this evening; therefore, I'll try to rest as much as I can tomorrow.

It helps me too, I used to exercise 6 days a week before, so it gives an extra boost and more knowledge of diffetent exercises.

I vote for sunday. That is the only day that I have a chance to get work done in the house, go to church, and study. Therefore, it is super hard for me to go to the gym or even exercise at home.
