yay!!! my weigh in for this week as of this morning is 188.7!!! :) ive been forgetting to check for the challenges but imma do the crunches challenge today.

my weight for this week is 190.9. and thanks you can see the difference in you pictures it looks awesome :) i have pics i took fro before. everytime i loose my motivation i look at those and then look at my profile pic of blast time i lost weight. so far thats helping me keep going. not to mention i would like to go…

did my 50 crunches yesterday :).... i had my first day of level 2 on 30 day shred WOWZA!!!! i kinda like it more then level 1 but there are a few things i can not figure out lol.

okay i dont know if it would be to difficult for you to change my starting weight to 192.2.... and put my current weight at 191.8 and goal weight.... 160.... sorry im so late on responding. i was trying to decide if i should continue this challenge being that im up so far from everyone else., but i decided to stick it out.…

adorable puppy.... but are you sure on the breeds. looks like alot of beagle to me. i wish i could have a puppy for a walking partner. idt yould ever get me inside :)

i went and bought a scale today. the one i wanted was sold out.i bought it home stepped on it.... well it says im 192.. i dont feel like i weigh that much :( needless to say i am order the one i want off line ship to store... its on sale and will be cheaper then this one... and this one is getting returned this evening....…

me too i only asked cause i hadnt seen it in any other suggestions or in anyone elses examples of what they mixed so i wondered if there were reasons. im going to attempt this too i love my fruits and vegetables so im hopeing flavor wise i dont have any problems. good luck :)

im new to all this. and i was wondering why not add an orange to help with flavor??? is there any reason nutritionally that would make it not a good idea?
