While I was at the expo for my last half I found a gel squeeze container that held 4 gel packs. It was a pain to squeeze that stuff out initially, but I added just a bit of water to the mix, shook it up, and it worked GREAT! I think that many people tend to run at a high intensity every time they run and fail to recover properly before heading out again.... over a period of time, this can be very damaging.

5/4- 13.3 miles 5/5- 2.6 shake out miles... my legs were stiff from the 18 flights of stairs i decided to climb to my hotel room after the half. yeah, i'm crazy like that!
