Pafagel- You may not have hit your goal this month, but you still rock in my book! Timboom- I watch you log those miles nearly EVERY day and I am amazed. Keep…

awww... you are so sweet and encouraging! thanks so much for being so awesome! i'd run that far with you, but you'd have to run a lot slower! ;-) one of these days i hope to run as fast as you! thanks again for helping us all keep track of our miles in such an organized fashion! :flowerforyou:

9/30- 15 miles!!! yeah! :-)

i'm back for my usual 50+. i'm shooting for more quality over quantity this month, so we'll see how it goes. (more intervals, more hills.... more pain! lol)
-
9/28- 6.21 more miles in tonight! i think this 100 thing might actually happen!!!
-
oh my gosh! i'm dying here! i know this was a serious question, but that was seriously hilarious! (as was finding someone slower than you to run with) the coyotes around here are shy. they turn tail and run if they see a person. i'd suggest mace, though.. just in case.

9/28- 3 miles in this afternoon... hoping for more tonight!
-
9/27- 6.64 miles

steak is at the top of my list for food too and second...deviled eggs! mmm... BUT, you didn't say food, you said "product" which means you want to know about something convenient. My favorite product would have to be rice cakes WITH peanut butter, but the coconut milk ice cream is pretty delightful too.

9/26- 4.5 miles on the dreadmill... that should probably count at least double, right!
-
you keep tempting me with that zombie run. it sounds like great motivation. i could have use that today... ugh! :ohwell:
-
"great traits"... now if by that you mean the abs in that picture, i'd say yeah... those count! (and i'm a happily married woman)
-
love this!

How exciting for you! Congrats! :-) I hope you can stick with running.... I had to back off a bit, but also ran right up to the end!
-
9/15- 10 miles.
-
don't forget, the goal is nutrient dense foods, not processed junk.... so if you have a nice healthy day of eating and wind up under calories, don't turn around the next day and say, "i was under my goal yesterday so i'm going to eat this tub of ice cream."
-
lol... that sounds really tempting. i may have to try a zombie run app one of these days!!!!
