So i ended up trying these noodles after reading this post. I think they are amazing!! I rinsed them in hot water for quite a while and the smell went away. I'm at work right now talking about this. It can be one extreme to another (i work in a hospital ICU). I rotate shifts and am so much hungrier when i'm working nights too.

I second the Clinique 3 step system. They have different formulas based on your skin type including one for acne prone skin. Been using for years and love it!

Zumba is tons of fun!! No one is perfect the whole class through. Just keep moving and have fun with it! An hour long class goes by so fast and you burn a ton of calories.

big fan! love them all except the sweet tea. My favorites are the peach tea and berry pomegranate but they are all good. You add as much as you want so you control the flavor without having messy powder packet, and i think it tastes better too.
