I just started it today!.. though I seem to have lost week1 .. and started on week 2.. (which was actually okay!) I cant waaaaaaaaaaaait to get better and see improvements!

same!.. kind of! well no headache for me. .. But every now and again (a few times a week) .. I would drink whiskey and diet pepsi in the evening. Since I started to eat more 'Clean' .. and had no soda.. when I have tried it.. it tasted AWFUL! .. haha.. so fake and yucky! I'm kind of glad about it. Now I'll stick to wine..…

This is kind of whats happening to me! ^ .. I'm still 192lbs.. but I do lift and have done (on and off) .. for quite a while.. Only now.. the diet is becoming more 'serious' .. I am slowwwleee losing weight.. (intentionally slowly) and thanks to lifting heavy I can see a great shape coming underneath the squishy! ..…

I was doing at LEAST one cardio workout per day.. (and weights 1-2 times per week) .. I tried soooo hard for three weeks.. and remained EXACTLY the same weight!!…

Helloo :smile: Well, It's the complete opposite for me.. I try to eat lots of protein.. (eating it at every meal.. and in my 2 x snacks per day) .. Since I started having it in every meal I don't crave ANYTHING.. not a thing.. It seems to satiate me more than anything else I eat.

I think I must be similar to you! (I cannot touch around my wrist either) .. am 5'6 .. I'm still around 192 lbs atm My aim is around 145-150lbs. I like how I look around there. yeeeears ago I was 126lbs.. and looking back and old pics I looked AWFUL! .. scraggy and boney and scrawny.. Didnt suit me at all.

I love my FitBit!! .. as others have said, I take it off and use my HRM (Polar FT7) for 'workouts' .. weights/cycling etc. .., But I wear my FitBit the rest of the time.. I love seeing how much or how little (??) distance I have covered in a day. I have two different jobs, and each and any of my days vary quite a lot. It…

I take a lot of things per day, (I have done for years) .. I take 32 tablets in total. (not all different ones) I only take a few B vits.. the rest are various types of oils, minerals, amino acids and metals. (too many to mention!)

I use to go to Pole Fitness class.. 70lbs over weight.. (and still about that now! but it's shifting! YAY) .. My FRIEND.. had lost about 30lbs of her own... (she is a lot smaller than me) I used to go to the class with lots of others, (incl her) ..... and I knewww I was the biggest one in class. One day.. a long time…

My stats are (all) about the same as yours .. years ago I lost 70+lbs .. and was down to 126lbs .. and Ohhhmyyygawwwwd ... :sad: :sad: :cry: THIS time.. I'm going to aim for 150lbs (ish) ... and see what THAT is like.
