Me too! I have more than 100 that I WILL lose.

45, hysterectomy in 2014 that derailed my progress, but super motivated and ready for some serious friends!

I have a similar goal, but I phrased it differently. My goal is to eat a very clean diet and stay within my numbers this year, however many pounds that equals is great. I already feel better after a week of better food.

We are having potato leek soup tonight. Just Google for it, this is Julia Child's Potage Parmentier. Don't let the name scare you, it is super easy to make.

I'll let you guess which I prefer (points to name).

I had a fresh cherimoya at a farmer's market in California and it was great. I haven't tried it frozen though.

It wouldn't work for me. One of the things I am trying to do is break an addiction to "bad" foods by eating a really clean diet, and if I have some of that on weekends it would set me back.

Could you share what an example of your week's prep might be? I am really interested in doing this.

I think the biggest concern should be better nutrition. I can't imagine you get that much from potatoes and processed meat substitutes.

Are any of you guys on Steepster?

They are 5 cal each. And so good! This article makes me sad though. http://healthyeatingrocks.com/2012/08/15/food-labeling-lies/

I drink regular skim milk with breakfast. But, I cook up four days worth of steel cut oats at a time and add a splash of almond milk to it when I warm it in the morning. I like it that way but never drink it straight.

I would love to be part of this!

Renewed today. Pet battles!

Could you give some more info on your garlic/ honey packets? Proportions, how long to cook and at what temp?

I suggest not weighing multiple times a day. Pick a time of day and don't deviate from that, if you really want to weigh daily. You will drive yourself crazy trying to figure out why you weigh more multiple times a day.

I made it this week with this method: http://www.keeperofthehome.org/2011/04/making-homemade-yogurt-2.html/comment-page-1#comments It was good!

I see that you are in MI. Is there a Meijer there? I can hook you up with a secret shopper program there if you are interested. You get some reimbursed groceries and a fee for the shop.

If I go to a Thomas Keller restaurant, I am going to eat what I want and enjoy it without regard to calories.

I agree with the skin off method. I have tried it both ways and off is much easier.

My brother had Crohns. He ate plain potatoes, plain peas, and baked fish for most of his meals.

One more note about the ablation - in my case, either I had to be sterile or my husband had to be. He got a vasectomy so I could have the procedure done. The procedure makes the uterus unable to sustain a pregnancy again so most doctors will require this I believe.

Pic 2, I have that dress! You look great, congrats!

I had an ablation too and it worked well. I still have severe cramping and my doctor gave me Lysteda about a month ago. She said its new (I read that it has been OTC in Sweden for quite a long time). It is made for heavy bleeding but as a side effect helps cramps. You only take it on the bad days, not all the time. It's…

I think there are a few negative people on this thread who could use a ding dong of one type or another. :D

This poster's formula appears to be, based on other posts: Post something that sounds helpful Make sure to get people to friend her Build Beachbody downline.

I loved Heavy, which is on Netflix.

I'll be really honest with you, and I don't mean for this to sound mean. I would be bothered by your cupcake picture more than anything. I struggle with trigger foods and don't watch Food Network anymore because it makes me crave things I don't eat. Seeing that icon in my feed all the time would keep cupcakes on my mind.…

I LOVE that the "Louisville" guy has on a UK shirt. ;)
