Nerd here but I thought his best book was "On Writing".

She is so wonderfully conflicted and twisted.

My first thought was that there is a distinct lack of Flannery O'Conner.

This is me and Kafka.

Funny, my husband is Danish and I feel the same way about them. Ever been to a Danish confirmation party? Easily 8-10 hours for a 13-year-old's celebration (and its family there, not kids their age). Multiple meals, poems read, a master of ceremonies, etc. We went to two in one trip to Denmark and it was exhausting.

^ that is a gravity steeper.

I have always heard of these and would probably love them, but have never had one.

How far over do you go the other 10%? Are you weighing your food?

AKA the fire cleanse!

The best way I have found to flush my system is Japanese hibachi. Do not get between me and the bathroom! Apparently it's a thing. Google "hibachi poop".

I'm not a fan either, but I think they are supposed to be a fundraiser for testicular cancer.

My husband gives me a super long foot rub every 20 lbs.

No one could see ours. Heck, we barely saw it. It was in a room we don't use much.

I took down the Christmas tree!

My husband says either keep them shaved, or don't shave during the winter so it's soft. He doesn't care. He doesn't have the issues with hair a lot of men have. Maybe because he is European. And, I wear long pants all winter.
-
I confess that doing the spring leg shave is on my to do list this weekend.

Denture tabs are awesome for stains in those.

I work from home, and usually I do gravity steeper plus travel mug. That way I can keep it hot if I get stuck on a phone call or something. I got a David's Carry Mug and absolutely love it. After work I go into more Gong Fu mode, using a gaiwan or teapot. There are companies who send me tea to review and I want to give…

The problem with bags is that the leaves don't get to move around freely in the water. But if it's working for you, great!

Nope, I drink all black.

I spent $140 on tea yesterday. (And didn't even consider asking my husband. He doesn't care)

Gravity steepers are great, maybe check those out. Or try a Finum brand infuser basket.
-
To each his own but I find Adagio to be chemical tasting and not very good quality.

If you want to become a crazy tea person or just learn a lot about loose leaf tea, www.steepster.com is a very friendly community.

That's probably what it is. My overly techy husband has done lots of stuff to our system. Everything is menu driven and pulled into a queue to watch.

One thing that worked really well for me was to get the food part down and working before I added exercise. It was fewer moving parts and then if it wasn't working, easier for me to identify the issue.

I haven't seen a system in years that allows you to manually change channels. But I get your point!

The white eyebrow hair is what bugs me.
