Still hanging in there...haven't had any milage in 2 weeks, since I have been sick, but am going to be working on it again starting at lunch today. I also have a weight lifting class after work, so today is going to be killer in terms of calories burned, lol.

Ok, I'm 119.22 miles in....I have been such a SLACKER!! I need to get moving more, but I do zumba and classes w/ my trainer so don't get as many miles in as I want :( I am currently riding north through a gap. Soooooooooooooooooo close to Bree!! Only 16 more miles!

Last week's final numbers: Mon: 75 mins between treadmill and weights Tue: 65 mins between eliptical and bike Wed: 60 minutes, 45 eliptical, 15 weights Thu: 45 mins work w/ trainer Fri: 60 mins treadmill Sat: 50 mins Zumba Sun: 97 minutes walking (5.1 miles) 452 minutes for last week! Now, on to this week :)

I have to be at work at 7am. I have workouts with my trainer at 5am, 2 days a week.
