3.6 miles today! Road ahead runs fairly straight and level. Behind them it curves slightly, BLACK RIDER. Sam and Pippin hide in a hollow, Frodo behind tree by road.

Yep, it's happened to me. Going on 8 years of yoyoing. This time is different. This time I am focussed and I am not going to let stuff get in the way. If I goof up a meal, will get back on track the next one. I think it happens to everyone at some point.

No miles today because I worked with my trainer (I'm 7% down in body fat!! woo!) I did 5.23 miles yesterday

6.25 miles yesterday and 5.23 today, so I am 29 miles in!! "Road zig-zags to top of a steep bank and goes down for the last time Can see across Woody End to the River. they stop of rest, eat, and rest more Sun was beginning to get low as they went down the hill"

3 miles in 40 mins on the elliptical and 3.25 on the bike in 15 today. Not too shabby :)

2.5 miles yesterday. Wanted to get more in, but not enough time. "Camp in a firwood just over top of the hill. Sleep by a large tree. Fox sees them"

Let's see - Thursday I worked with my new personal trainer, so no walking/biking/swimming. Yesterday, 4.10 miles on the elliptical in 50 minutes and 8 miles on the bike in 30 minutes :) Very happy about both!

I recently went through the same thing with my trainer and I ended up getting a new one. I didn't tell him myself....I let his supervisor take care of that. I know he's upset with me (we happened to be working out in the same area yesterday), but you know, I know what I needed and it wasn't having diet pills and protien…

I've entered mine under my name. Just not in the group section. It says not to enter in the team section, so I have only been entering stuff under my name. edited to add - looks like the team section hasn't been updated since Monday.

3.5 miles yesterday, shooting for 10 between the bike and the elliptical today. Yesterday, I ended at "cross the water on a plank bridge". I started a journal for this, lol. Last year at this time, I was walking about 80-100 miles a week. Trying to get back there now, but it's been a challenge!
