  • That's fine eggs are fine to eat. I have to buy a five dozen pack to keep up with me and my man. We literally have eggs every day for breakfast but it is a great way to start out the day. There could be way worse things to do!

  • Yes I do as well. My trainer said to eat within the first 30 minutes after the gym because your metabolism is at it's high. A lot of people tend to go with protein bars but I feel like a majority of them are full of calories and don't feel my craving. What I have typically done is either protein shake (chocolate ice cream…
  • Samuel Adams creamy natural peanut butter. Jiff creamy used to be my favorite but this is a healthier alternative.
  • That's funny I can't even get close to the sodium levels I need! I eat everything fresh. Cut back on processed foods, and I never salt anything I usually dispise the taste of salt unless I am craving it. Generally what I do is pepper or put other seasonings, vinegar, tomato sauce.
  • Ziplock Steam bags! Throw veggies that you like and a variety of spices that you like and BAM! Lol the instructions are on the bags so you really can't go wrong. They are also quick to put together. Wash off yur veggies peel . . . Or not season and that's all! But practice makes perfect. Don't be afraid to try. We all have…
  • I have chosen a protein shake for after working out that is chocolate. It is a great reward for working out! The one I use is called muscle max nutrition systems chocolate ice cream. Not only does it satisfy my chocolate and ice cream cravings but helps me fulfill my protein requirements most of the time!
  • I use steam bags to heat sweet potatoes, squash, potatoes, green beans, corn, etc. I will go with any frozen vegetables heated. Warm brown rice and beans. Tea. Popcorn :) I have found that popcorn with cayenne pepper and chili pepper is my new replacement for hot Cheetos yummmm.
  • Haha yeah. I definitely gained weight moving in with my man. He has gained way more than I have. We have been together for four years and lived together for 2. I think we are finally to that point in our relationship where I am actually wanting to spend time apart haha I still love him to death and can't wait to come home…
  • Are you eating to many or too few calories? I have been stuck on 150 lbs for years and I recently got the fit bit that basically integrates into my fitness pal and tailors the typical calories that girls your age and weight would burn or need to eat daily and tracks it. It has really helped me out past that hump. I have a…
  • I am 25 years old. 5'7 Sw: 155 Cw: 140.8 Gw: 130 I'm working for nice abs as well and to tighten my butt. I've been doing a combo of strength training and cardio. I am trying to get beach ready body for my honeymoon :D I am already starting to see my abs but my butt is not yet budged!
  • I don't have cheat days. Once I go down that path it is too hard! If you are craving pizza go out and have a slice at a place that serves it by the slice. Or finding healthy alternatives to still fulfill that desire. As long as you do things in moderation you can still have what you want. I have lately been looking at it…
  • Lately I have been using ziplock's steamer bags and they are great!! Basically I peel vegetables such as sweet potatoes regular potatoes, green beans, etc. and throw them in one of the bags with some good seasoning. Doesn't take long. Not the preservatives or sodium that a lot of those "healthy" tv dinners have. I…
  • Yeah at my work my coworkers were messing around and weighed themselves before and after eating using the restroom, drinking water and such and weight will fluctuate back and forth daily. Weigh yourself each week to get a better idea. Also if you have cravings like that you should find healthy alternatives! I have had a…
  • I just bought the fit bit and it integrates into this app. It pushes me to walk more in a day and warns me when i am getting close to my calorie limit.I haven't been doing it for long, but it helps you to set reasonable goals while still eating what you like but more in proportions. Just stick with healthy alternatives and…
