  • I weigh myself every morning, but only log what the scale says on Saturday morning. It helps to keep me on track to take that daily peek!
  • I'm not a breakfast fan either :) Potassium can be found in oranges, canteloupe, kiwi and dates. You can also find it in almonds, so grab a handful of those too! :) Don't forget though, that potassium is also found in veggies, beans, fish and meats.
  • Welcome! I'm also an ex-weight watchers member :) Taking a look at the daily record of what you eat will get you into the right mindset. You will notice that you will pick something up with fewer calories over the fattening stuff. You can do this, just take it one day at a time. Good Luck!
