Lifting is the best way to go. Cardio alone may not get you the results your looking for. Muscle burns more fat and takes less space. It really depends on your goals .

Hi all! My starting weight as of Nov 1 2013 was 181.2 and today I weighed in at 178.1! I thought this challenge was not realistic until just a few minutes ago. I've lost 3.1 lbs!!! If I could reach 168 by Christmas I would be ecstatic !!! SW 181.2 CW 178.1 GW 156.2 UGW 125

Yesterday was the last day of not going over sugar. I started this after I made a bunch of no bake cookies and ate a ton of them. lol. I think that it was fun! I would do this again sometime. :-) I never really tracked my sugar intake before so I learned quick that it was recovery drink or fruit. lol. That part was not…

My Goal intake has been 35 but that means no fruit or no recovery drink. Only 12 more days left. :-)

I could of done better on sugar today. Didn't realize that my p90x recovery drink has 26 sugar. Tomorrow will be better.
