  • I compelete agree....everyone should be supportive unless you believe someone is truly dangering themselves. Just because its not what you would do, just keep that to yourself and be supportive. After all, not everyone would agree with everything everyone does and it doesnt feel good to be insulted by strangers.

  • Those are the only fruits I like to eat too! I have done the same thing but with salad, I dont like lettuce, so I just eat all the yummy carrots, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, and black olives are my fav.

  • I feel your pain I do such a good job during the day but when the kids go to bed, I am at the cupboard trying to figure out what can I have, and usually its way too much. Michelle Good Luck with this..... I usually go for a walk after the kids go to bed and sweating takes away the hunger feeling.
  • I would attempt to run more each time and push yourself, but even if your dont get results atleast use it as therapy. I enjoy walking for that reason. Rest days are recommended too and try walking which can be just as much fun especially if you have a friend of a dog to walk with.
  • I have advice, switch up your routine, add more fruits and veggies to your diet and unless your already super tiny its probably water weight. Health is more important than how you look. Good Luck.
