My weight loss goal for 2012 is to get to my goal weight. I'm 187 now and I want to hit 135! My fitness goal is to run a half marathon at Disneyworld in 2013!

I did weight watchers before they changed it. I had lost a good amount of weight then gained it back. Then tried to get back on it after they changed it and it was just all too confusing. Since I've started here on MFP I find this works better and stays off. :) Your decision on what you will do :)

I used to drink pop like CRAZY! I work at 6:45 in the morning and I never used to want to wake up so I thought pop would help me wake up.. It did. My main goal by NYE is to be 185!
