for me it was going from a serving job where i was on my feet walking all night to a desk job where i sit for 8-12 hours a day... i got really really bad about not bringing my lunch... since i have started bringing my lunch to work again, i have started to drop the pounds and save money!! win win

IMO the HRM can wait! they are awesome but good shoes are key. you dont want to injure yourself and then you wouldn't be able to exercise anyway! i have found that the machines at my gym are pretty accurate to what my HRM displays... hope that helps!

No, it is actually frozen and I just microwaved it in a dish covered in plastic (press N seal) and it was soooo good. had it with some black beans and cauliflower for a nice low cal meal since i apparently could not resist "wasting" 440 calories on a MINI nutter butter blizzard from DQ...

i had my first encounter with the stair stepper this morning, i made it 20 minutes before i left like i literally might die... tomorrow i will aim for 22... BABY STEPS! :)

mine is mini turkey meatloaf.... i make them in muffin tins... ground turkey, onion, red pepper, garlic, whole wheat bread crumbs... top with ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. they are around 90 calories per "muffin" and delicious!!!
