I USE TO EAT SPECIAL K TOO BUT IT IS SO EXPENSIVE! So I had to start eating eggs and toast and turkey sausage links, egg sandwichs, and now I bought Raisin Brand cause it was on sale + 1.00 off!

I like Raisin Brand... It is high in calories(190) but great Fiber. its like 310 calories with 8oz milk and 1 cup cereal. I just love milk... but you dont need quit 8oz of milk so its right around 300 calories!

Jump and jacks and jumping rope isnt easy! I have lost almost 50pounds and running, jump and jacks and jumping rope are still hard on me! I USE WALK AWAY THE POUNDS DVD's. IT IS JUST SIMPLE STEPS. LOOK IT UP AND GIVE IT A TRY!

I too drink alot of water. I use a 32 oz gatorade bottle and fill it 3-4times a day! Im sure we will eb OK!

I love yummy salads too. At home I just use Lettuce onion tomato cheese and ham. They are so yummy but always alot of sodium! But if you drink alot of water... it all evens out.

I know I only have 1 so far and you have 4 but I do babysit my nephew who is 1 and he just watches me in Ahhhh but my 3yr old loves to workout with me. YES MAM IT IS!!!! I use Walk away the pounds videos.... They have 4 steps you use.. Walk in place, Kick out, knee lifts and side steps.... I will go see if I can find you a clip.....
