DVDs at home dont move me much. Im not into them but yesterday I got a body for life for women dvd with a 30min workout! 3 10 min workouts Cardio 10 min upper body 10 min adn lower body 10 min. I love to bake my chicken in rotel and serve with rice. My Dh loves yellow rice with his but I eat brown. I also like to marinate in no salt added Teryaki sause and bake with onions... I just looked on the food list and it is..... 190calories 19g carbs 6g fat 14g protien 830mg sodium 40mg or cholesterol 6g of sugar... DO YOU THINK ITS WORTH IT? I know Chilli always will have alot of Sodium but try making your own chilli full of veggies.... Corn, tomatoes, beans, onions carots whatever you like?

THIS MORNING I MADE MY FAVORITE! I love BANANA PANCAKES. I use hungry jack(just add water) add whole banana's and mix well. I dont add butter and I use a light syrup. YUMMY YUMMY!
