Junk food makes you crave more junk food... Try to limit yourself to one small thing every day, and only have it if you've had a good workout. That's what I have done in the past and am planning to do again as I've gained about 15lbs back of the 60 I initially lost about 3 years ago. I don't know if will work for you or…

I think it's a very romantic idea, and the thought of it happening to me makes me smile - if I were single, that is. But I could see a lot of women getting offended, creeped out, or genuinely frightened by it.

Add me if you want. I know from experience that it is entirely possible to move beyond cheating in a marriage. It surely isn't easy, but is definitely worth doing if both parties truly love each other and hold value in the relationship. You are a good wife for wanting to forgive him. Everyone makes mistakes. We are all…

I tried kale once... thought it was nasty, then to top it off, it gave me horrible heart burn. :s I love spinach though, sauteed with olive oil, by itself, in omelets, or as a side to my dinner. It's yummy.

I tried it once at a breakfast / brunch restaurant. It was alright. I'm sure it does make a nice replacement for rice when you want something more out of your calories - I just can't justify spending the money on it, especially knowing my picky family probably wouldn't touch it if I made dinner with it, then I'd end up…

This post was not at all what I expected. ;(

Well, hello there. Really though, congratulations! You look stunning! I can tell by that smile you must feel amazing as well! :)

I love mine. He only charges 25$ for an adjustment (without insurance) because we struggle financially and have been going to him for so long. He's the nicest guy you could meet. But he doesn't just do adjustments, he does physical therapy as well. There's also a masseuse there. I think it works great if your issues are…

This is me, to a T, aside from the fact that I'm not 100% okay with it. I feel almost ashamed and embarrassed (for lack of better terms) of my lack in skill when it comes to conversation. It's frustrating a lot of the time, so I often remain quiet around people, despite the fact I may want to interject or participate in an…

Downing a 2 liter of Pepsi in one night is not something I have done in years, thankfully. I also stay away from Hostess, Little Debbie, etc. If I want sweets I try to go for the real thing. I also stopped putting ranch dressing on everything. Most importantly, though, I don't turn to food when I'm upset (most of the…

Labels don't typically influence me at all, but I guess it depends on who the individual is. If it's someone I hold in high respect, then it could definitely have an impact - but it most likely wouldn't be a lasting one.

I expect a good bit of that, but I've seen some (seemingly) intelligent people on MFP and some interesting threads, so I thought I'd give it a whirl. I'm bored on a Friday night... ;(

No alcohol here.... lol I just figured with all the repetitive posts here involving similar themes, it might be nice to discuss something with a little more substance. My bad.

Lots. Have you ever spied on someone through their bedroom window?

I think morbid things are incredibly interesting and often beautiful. I used to play the drums, and am an aspiring writer / artist.

I think it's great when you can find support or share the healthy eating habits / exercise with someone. But, for me, I need to be able to do it on my own, regardless of what the people around me are doing. If husband wants fast food or brings me home candy, I need to be able to say no or say maybe later if I can. And…

Never eaten oysters... and never will.

Plenty of slender / thin men date and even marry overweight / obese women. I think the bigger issue is lifestyle. If a man is not just slender, but very fitness oriented, a woman who is overweight / obese MAY not relate or want any part of a fitness oriented lifestyle. This is likely to cause problems down the line, if not…

I understand the desire for drinking instead of eating meals sometimes, but not always. I don't always feel like eating but still need energy, so drinking a shake is easier for those times. There are loads of meal replacement shakes you can buy online or at most grocery stores. I personally think Myoplex makes a decent…

Sigh... It's not hard to get your kids to eat a better variety of healthy foods, if you let them have the things they like as well. It's especially easy when you're the one supplying them with food. Juice is not food...

Top right. Only women with nice boobies can pull those bandeau tops off... lucky. ;) I think they're so cute, I wish I could wear them!

I can proudly say no. I hate twinkies. Have you ever gotten pierced?

You need an expert to help you repair your damaged metabolism. Sorry about your struggle. I hope you get well soon.

For me, I had to invest in a digital food scale pretty quickly after a started counting calories - it's maddening to do without one, honestly. Also, with the scale, you can use one container for weighing all your solids instead of dirtying up a bunch of different cups / measuring spoons etc. and just use the "tare" button…

That is often true, but I happily found out recently that if I weighed my mixed nuts instead of counting them, I could eat almost twice as many. :) So it can go both ways!
