Part of it is genetics. Do strength training throughout your weight loss and lose the weight gradually - this is your best chance to minimize loose skin. Taking supplements or using oils that promote healthy skin wouldn't be a bad thing, either.

I only have this problem with bras. lol. I'm small chested and most stores don't carry many if any in my size, so they run out quickly if they do have any. As for clothes, I think the sizes 10-14 are the most popular, so 2-4-6s are in abundance, which is nice. And small / medium tops are always around, too.

Why hasn't this been locked yet? ...

Don't have a full body pic but here goes. I'm 5'7"

I'm probably going to get a lot of crap for this, but I think if you lost 10-15 more lbs it would look great on you. That said, you have a beautiful body and if you want to wear it, you shouldn't care what I or anyone else thinks. But, you asked for honesty so I'm giving my honest answer. Please don't hate me. :ohwell:
-
26.5" but I'd like to get it down to 24-25.
-
You've lost 155lbs and you can't go out ONE night and have a splurge? I think you should just go out and have whatever you want. It's one night, and it's not going to cause you any permanent weight gain.

Definitely rocking a bikini this summer, did last summer too, but just ordered a new white string bikini from VS. :)
-
Absolutely. And I'll do the same next weekend when I go out for my birthday. :)
-
Just do what I do and plan out your day to allow for ice cream. :) I always allow for 1/2 cup if I want, and if I want more, do a bit of extra cardio.
-
lmao

I don't know if that's sarcasm or not, but I'll give the benefit of a doubt to you and say thanks. However, I've always had insecurities about my body, still do, though they have become considerably less and less severe since I started taking care of myself. Working out and eating right has improved my body tremendously,…

All I could think when I saw this was, "ActiviUHHHHHHHHH!" from the commercials. >.>;

I'm not offended, and I have stretchmarks galore, not to mention loose, sagging skin at the bottom of my stomach that will never go away without surgery. I still managed to get the actual point of what she posted, rather than twisting it into something it wasn't. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't jealous that she didn't get…

How is it insulting? You're basically arguing semantics here. She didn't come on here claiming everyone will bounce back exactly the same way she did. It's supposed to be a motivating, positive post. The fact that you're twisting it into something negative, as if she came here trying to insult you just because you have…

I don't think the rate of loss matters. I lost my chest mostly last. Didn't want to lose them, but I did. lol. I think it does depend on the mammary glands maybe. Some women probably have more / larger glands than others? I dunno. lol. But the fat is fat and will be lost depending on where your body decides to take it from…

lol yeah me too, it's an addiction. :) I also organize the fridge a little, I keep one shelf reserved for my stuff (almond milk, skim milk, Greek yogurt, bottled teas, protein shakes, etc.) Just because it gets on my nerves having to search through things for my stuff. lol.

The OP wasn't implying anything about you. She was saying getting pregnant, having a baby, etc., shouldn't be USED as an EXCUSE to let yourself go. Your insecurity is astounding. I'm sorry you are so unhappy with your body, but you can't really accuse someone of insulting you or insinuating things about you that just…

lmao I don't think there's one thing on this woman's body they didn't touch. It's funny to me that the boob that's furthest from the camera is damn near twice the size of the closer one. All her muscles have been airbrushed to hell, she looks like 2 dimensional paper doll with a human head pasted on. There's no visible…

Not much right now, but on any given day during the week before we run out of food, and much of this list still currently in the fridge: Random fruits, (strawberries were on sale, BOGO), spinach, bell pepper, boneless / skinless chicken breast, ground beef, Simply Lemonade, skim milk, Almond milk, 2% milk, Greek yogurt,…

Damn amazing girl! You are looking fit! :drinker: Congrats and keep up the hard work!

Well, I'm pretty sure with her arm raised like that, the breast on the same side would be sitting a bit higher (and possibly not look quite as full as it does.) and it looks like her collar bones have been erased. Plus, her face looks just like it did in her first music video, so either she has had some excellent work done…

Does every mother with stretchmarks and / or loose skin hate their body so much that they must feel the need to tear down a beautiful, strong, confident young woman just for sharing her success? Something, mind you, that she was only doing because she wanted to inspire other moms / moms-to-be and because she is proud of…

These are from last year. Newer progress pictures are in my profile / avatar.

You look amazing! And happy! :flowerforyou:

I think with your figure, you would look better wearing a hipkini or Brazilian bikini bottom honestly, plus as a couple others have said, the string doesn't look like it fits you. You have a beautiful body, though, and definitely should be sporting a bikini this summer!

I got to the point where I started wanting to weigh out my food portions, and calculate calories I'd eaten, so I looked up online calorie counters and found this site. :)

Oil of Olay makes a great one - Oil of Olay Complete All Day UV Moisture (SPF 15) Sensitive. I use it every day and normally have pretty oily skin, this doesn't make it worse at all and has never caused me to break out. I don't know if they have a higher SPF though. It costs about 10$ a bottle. :P
