That and the fact that under-eating kills your metabolic rate... always eat as close to goal as you can, imo.

Dude. Just have a piece of pizza.

Save up and buy adjustable dumb bells.

Trail mix (unsalted peanut / almonds / and / or cashews, raisins or dried fruit, pretzels, granola, etc.) GOOD protein bars or ready to drink shakes. (Luna Bars are alright, and EAS makes decent shakes.) Plenty of water Jerky Popcorn I don't think you want super low cal food if you're going hiking through the mountains -…

Is there anything you could use in place of the rolled oats, by any chance? (Have everything to make these except that.)
-
This too. For me it took about a month before I really even began to get used to eating less.
-
Don't look at it as working out more to eat more, but eating more to fuel your workouts and a better body composition.

So cool! Congratulations, man! It's like you're literally shrinking as the pictures progress! (In a totally good way! lol) Keep up the awesome work! :drinker:

Went crazy on my core workout tonight and did twice as many hip dips as usual. :)

Omg... yum!!!

This just looks so good... I've never tried burrata but it sounds amazing. I think I could eat that for lunch every day.

Most of what I know about fitness / nutrition I learned after coming to MFP from Sunshine (toughtulip) All of these women are just plain awesome. :drinker:

I guess it depends on what's important to each person. You should, imo, at least have a responsibility to stay HEALTHY for them, so that you can be around as long as possible. :) Me personally, I think some effort is important. Beauty fades over time, they say, but it doesn't mean we have to stop putting effort into how we…

Anything extremely greasy, unfortunately. I love greasy food. =/ Then there's frozen foods. Most of them make me ill now. And pretty much anything from a gas station. lol
-
Potatoes, yup. Then radishes, spinach, asparagus, broccoli, brussel sprouts, guess tomatoes aren't technically a veggie, but I love them, and peppers of all sorts.

I understand you want more definition - I do too! But may I just say, you look like a goddess! I love the smoothness and femininity of your body! You should be so proud, you are beautifully built! And, once you get some more definition going on, will be unstoppable! :drinker:

 :drinker: Props to you for having pride as an artist and holding onto your moral footing.
-
You look absolutely incredible, and so happy! Congrats on your success!

You're right. Honestly, if everyone had the ability to phrase things the way you have and lay them out like that - maybe this thread wouldn't have gone so bad so fast. Based on only what the OP wrote, I guess it does sound kind of condescending and presumptuous. But, I personally tried to take from it what I thought she…

lol Yeah, I see your point. I guess I just figure it's similar to someone posting a success story and saying "If I Can Do It, So Can You!" I don't think in that scenario it would be appropriate, or called for, for people to get riled up as they have here. I know the situation is different, but in essence it is about the…

Agreed. But, also, if people didn't focus so much on wording and took the gist of what she said instead. I know that's a lot to expect out of people in general, and I don't personally expect it. I think the OP expected too much out of people, though. Wording makes a big difference, for sure. It's just one of those things…

I think it crosses a line when your behavior genuinely hurts other people. When you isolate yourself, alienate yourself, from those around you with your own self-centered mindset. Obviously if you're hurting yourself, there's a line drawn there as well. That's how it works in my world, anyway... not completely black and…

I was almost 200lbs before I started losing weight. I wouldn't call that "fairly thin". Plus I gained almost 70lbs while I was pregnant with my son. It took a big toll on my body, and not just in the appearance. I lost sensation for over a year before it started coming back, so I do know what that is like too. I lost most…

I like you.

Bad table manners - as in, people who eat really loudly, chew with their mouth open, slurp drinks / soup, belch, eat too fast, etc. I cannot stand the sound of people eating, generally. It's disgusting. Other than that... just obnoxiousness I guess. lol
-
I doubt you actually ate that much...

I think he looks more like Chino from the Deftones.

You, absolutely. Gorgeous, both face and body!

Fabulous! :drinker:
