  • I agree! It will drive you crazy at the same time if you don't. I have been there and been suprised both times when I weighed myself.
  • They are both good programs. You need to do the second month of Insanity though. After that I would do P90X. You can also do a hybrid of the two programs together. That would be something you could do after you have completed both. Let me know if you would like a copy of the hybrid schedule!

  • I have also had the same issue, and now I am not losing pounds, but I just I am losing more inches. Keep it up and don't get discouraged your doing great so far. Each day that you eat right and workout you are on step closer, and in time you will see the change with your clothes too.
