  • Well stick to it and I am sure you will see the changes. I just started last week and its great to see the calories (bad calories) I eat late at night too! It keeps in check logging my calories. Welcome to MFP!
  • The program comes with a schdule with it that tells what days you will be doing what DVD part. I haven't done P90X yet, but am doing Insanity and they are the same concept. You can also go to the website: beachbody.com and it may give you some more infromation on there. Hope that helps :)
  • Don't feel like an idiot things happen for a reason. Just make sure that you take of you right now. Things happen for a reason and you will have to take one day at a time. I have been in your shoes and I know right now you feel your world is crashing, but hang in there. T
