  • That's what I mean...Considering I took a FULL week off from the gym, going during my lunch break is a great thing! And burning 300 calories instead of eating 300 calories-Even better! But, as nasty as it is, I love to be dripping sweat when I finish working out. I did break a sweat, that's for sure. Just wasn't sweaty…

  • What do you consider a good workout? I went to the gym during lunch today and burned 300 calories (says my trusty HRM!) on the elliptical machine. But, I still feel like I didn't do much. I'm not totally satisfied with my workout. :angry:

  • My eatting changes every day, just depending on what I have going on. Sometimes that makes it harder to plan and stay within my calories, but I'm finding that it's easier to do as long as I keep quick snacks on hand that I can grab and go! Just get a routine or menu going that easy for you to follow. Good luck!
