Amazingly enough, I was reading the posts and found a someone who lives in Tulsa, OK, and works at the gym that I go to! What a small world! Thank you, everyone, for your responses! Sometimes I just feel like I'm eating too much during the day, even though I'm staying within my calories. Does that make sense? I hope everyone had a great Wednesday!

Oh my gosh...I don't think I could ever do this. I just love food too much *Sigh* :frown: I think that's my problem...I want to feel full after a meal...But feeling full is kind of scarey for me also. Geez.

Wow! That's a great tip on the yogurt...I'm going to have to switch!! Any maybe I should mention that on a "light" day I'm burning 400-600 calories at the gym-On a heavy day, much more than that. If that helps!

What is a reasonable time-line for losing body fat %age? I'm at 33% right now, and my ultimate goal is 20%. But what would be good goal date for reaching 28%? Just 5% less...Weeks? Months? I have no idea!! Any input would be appreciated!!

I did a Zumba class this past Saturday and my HRM read 480 at the end of the class, but I had burned at least 100 on the eliptical before the class started. So I only burned about 380-400 calories.

I can relate to you completely about "really changing this time", and then a week later going back to my old habits. This website has helped so much, but sometimes it's still a struggle for me to stay on track. Something that works for me is planning my meals the day before, and packing any food I might need during the day…

Hey All! I met with my trainer yesterday and it went really well! I didn't gain as much weight as I thought I did from my 10 days on continuous binging, plus I learned a lot of things...Such as my sodium intake is THROUGH THE ROOF! Geez...Over 2000 mg...Yikes! Wow-Talk about stuffing yourself. That's what I've done for 10 days straight, and to top it off-NO GYM! At all. I don't know what happened...I had a melt down. That's for sure. And when I talk about stuffing myself, I mean HUGE binges that left me feeling so bloated/depressed, but then I would go on another binge 1-2 hours…
