completed all my challenges yesterday For today Jan 24th: 1. drink 2 of my water bottles - already started! 2. 2 servings of vegetables 3. come up with some recipes to use leftover chicken and cauliflower and cook one of them tonight!

What a great idea. Small little goals work better for me as I found out: I'm 33, work full time and have a 3 year old son. Stil trying to fit back in my pre-pregnancy clothes. I don't care so much for the number but want to feel good, like what I see in the mirror and wear my old clothes again. And to have more energy....…

My first challenge with this group and an easy one for me to start. Thanks! So far, I had my morning cup of coffee with a bit of milk (didn't know about the challenge) but since then it's only water. Looking forward ot the daily challenges. Hope they help keep me on track through December

Week 1: total points: 11 points 4 points for exercise, 2 points for eating and 5 points for loosing weight My weekend was (surprisingly) good. The water challenge works for me. I'm pretty good for a couple days and the I forget about it again. Will aim for 8 cups a day - it can't be that hard!!! I lost 1.2 pounds since last Monday. Yeah! Hi everybody, I had a pretty good weekend, was good with my foods and enjoyed the company of lots of friends. And it showed on the scale. my results aren't that great. I weighed myself this morning as I couldn't ( ehmm didn't want to) believe my weight on Tuesday. As of today I'm 165.0 so I lost 3.2 pounds during the challenge. Better than gaining, right?
