I've heard of it but never tried it. How long do you roast it? At what temp? Cauliflower is on my shooping list for next week

No clue! I realized that my son ate healthier than myself (was always super conscious about his diet). So I started to look after myself, too. Treats are allowed in our family for all of us. But they are treats!

I'm in! We'll see a bunch of family members for Thanksgiving that I haven't seen since July so I want to surprise them. I have to increase my workout time starting next week as I slacked off lately.

Good luck! I would have a taste - but a small one! The gum might do the trick for. It's worth trying

Love the welcome to holland story. Thanks, We're not sure if our son is SN or not. He's certainly talking very little for a 2 year old. In case he is, I feel he needs a healthy mom who can be there for him as best and as long as possible. So here I am... You ladys are amazing and aspiring. Your children are lucky to have…

can you exercise/go for a walk before your commute home? sometime having exercised motivates me to eat better because I don't want to ruin the effect of the workout (does that make sense???)

33 (even though I don't really believe it) and mom of a toddler, working full time and always busy. But I need to get rid of that baby fat and want to be in a better shape Anybody feel free to add me

I hear you. Even though I have only one boy I seem to always be busy with him or work. Squeezing at least a little bit of walking in during coffee break helps - and gets me motivated to do something when he's finally asleep...

I'm grateful for coming back from vacation and having lost 1.2 pounds for my coworkers who got a choclate candy bouquet and share it with me for my sister who's overdue by now and who keeps emailing me updates (on the fact that there are no news yet)

Just came back from my minivacation so I'm a bit behind - sorry here's my weight as of today 12/07/11 168.2 18/07/11 167.4 27/07/11 166.2

Hi, I've wondered this myself. I was 120 through high school and 130 through college. At both those weights I looked too skinny and even got the comments asking if I had an eating disorder. I felt healthiest and looked my best when I was around 145 so that is my goal. The BMI is flawed, it doesn't take into account body…
-
My main goal is looking toned and feel good whatever that number is. Having said that 140s sound good, 130s sounds better (and quite unrealistic!)
-
Yeah, I thought I would loose that baby weight easily within the first 6 months. 2 years later..... Cograts to the 9 pounds & the upcoming wedding
-
I totally understand. It's easy to let it slide once you've lost a couple pounds because hey it's working...so lets have a treat. This time is different! It'll last and in the end we'l lbe happy that we did it. Friend me and we can support each other.
-
Great ideas! It sounds like you're on the right track. I'm with you on changing small things and making small steps. It'll be easier to stick with it that way. Weight loss will come and so will looking and feeling good. I'll send you a friend request. Support is always good!
