I have been using Leslie's workouts for about a month (due to a bum knee), I work up a pretty good sweat. I think I usually burn about 300 for a half hr workout. I've continued to lose weight about 9 lbs in the last month.

I agree that it definitely depends on the person...I am finding the more I stick to plan the easier it is. If I allow some treats, I just want more. I am a little late to the party. I just recently discovered Leslie sansone as I had a knee issue that was limiting the cardio I could do. Since I only have 2 weeks left in February, I will aim for 30 miles.

Thanks guys...I just needed a little pep talk. :) The reason why when I got to 190 last time and didn't lose any more is because I gave up. This time I am not going to do that!
