There are some natural sweeteners out there. Some made with Stevia and Xylitol. I prefer the Xylitol as I think it tastes more like sugar and has no bad aftertaste.:drinker:

I go the Indians games all the time and they have a few healthy options, even Subway. I always take healthy snacks with me too.

I've used Truvia & it's pretty good. Another natural sweetener I use is Xylitol. I love it & think it tastes as good as sugar.

Mornings once a week. Too often can get frustrating as your body can fluctuate day to day. That's what works for me.

Amazingly , my belly. It's the first time I actually gained extra there. Normally I lose & gain pretty evenly everywhere.

I feel your pain, literally. I had major back surgery in February & it's a long road of recovery. I do a lot of walking too. Another nice thing, if you can get access to a pool is exercising in the water. There's a lot you can do, it's easier on your body and you can still get a good workout.
