I am usually pretty good, breakfast wise. Today was a big one (pancakes) but saturday breakfasts usually are anyways. I am just looking for something to keep me full throughout the day so I'm not snacking and stuff.

lol just to reiterate, I kinda just threw the name out there because thats what my mom has in the house right now. My only limit for shakes, is since I dont have a credit card, I kinda have to stick to something I could hit up at Walmart or something.

Yeah the thing is ditzee, here in canada the healthcare is free, and I dont have a family doctor(long story short the system is broken, and they basically judge you based on your family and your own medical past so it'd be near impossible for me to get one :P) I can understand that me and him arent best bros and he has no…

Ill say one good thing about my Doctor, he got me into contact with a good dermatologist whom i otherwise would have waited years to see(even though shes in the same city) And got my terrible acne problem cleared up real nicely so... i do have to thank him for that

I've tried one before but cant remember what it was exactly. I didnt mind it at all, liked it even. Thats the one plus about me, Im not a picky eater / drinker /etc. I can eat anything.

Yeah I know it wont do what it says on the tub of mix, but I figured it'd be a filling alternative to a breakfast or somethin. Looking at my breakfast this morning made me think of this. Any kind of shakes really I guess, lets expand it beyond just the slimquick banner.

This sounds like it would be kinda cool. This would be basically the only time I'd entertain the idea of running outside.

In this case, since she works hard for her patients, I can see her being somewhat mad about people not following her guidance

Yeah I see my nurse practitioner more often than the main doctor, definitely a better feeling.

Really wish I could, I live in a smallish town, and basically everyone who is diabetic, sees him. My next appointment with him is in 2012, so it would be absolutely amazing to be able to go in there and have legitimate losses to show for it.

Hey, yeah I'm new too and I'm pretty impressed with it. I've been on twitter (@The_Tee_Why for any twitter users) and looked around there, had sites suggested but they were gimmicky stuff that basically asked you to pay. Welcome, and best of luck fellow newbie. P.S I hope just throwing out my twitter thing isnt considered…

Oh I know, he has many patients and I'm not meaning it to be a full on blast of all doctors because some I've seen have been really good with me. Just after him seeing me for a few years I thought maybe I'd get a slight pat on the back or a "keep it up" for my troubles. Aint the way it is though. I mean no disrespect or…

Been said all over the topic, but thats pretty damn intense.

Yeah, like... to me even if the number is off it's at least a number that if you look in 2 months and see it lower, still measurable so frig it.
-
It's a process. I may be a bit vain but I honestly dont see how I am allegedly 249, but... sometimes I have good self image, sometimes I dont. -shrug- scale dont lie. I'm also a diabetic, and when I exercise my numbers are reasonably low, so thats the tiny victory I get for exercising, as oppose to just the actual weight…

Yeah it certainly puts things into perspective in a more manageable realistic way. I like seeing the actual numbers there, I don't really have a problem giving things up, its just that the bad stuff is so easy to just grab! I have cut up watermelon for a snack at times and am surprised at how filling it is, even though it…
