Oh yeah! And when you guys do the strength training please only do the amount specified and you should be having a hard time getting out the last set if you're using the right weight. Oh dang that makes my shift sound like a breeze. I'm 9:30p-6a except for Sundays which is 7:30-6a. Except I also work 7a-3p shifts too which blow waaaay more than the night shifts.

I was thinking of outlining a speed for the jog but since everyone is different and has a different pace I figured that I wouldn't outline it. I guess anything above 5mph is a good jogging pace. Also just to let you guys know that if you cannot do jogging for leg/knee issues but want the increased intensity of option B you can try using the elliptical for the same distance as long as it is a hard workout for you and goes for 2 miles.
