On the surface, it looks a lot like what this site does, and since there is an app for smartphones from this site, it almost seems like a waste of money. I don't have one and I'm really not qualified to give my opinion on how it works one way or the other; I'm just basing my opinion on the verbiage of the main site.

I also did the same thing pretty much...I think I exercised two days last week but had to take the rest of the week off due to illness. I still ended up losing weight but I'd really like to get back on the treadmill, crazy as that sounds...
