I developed hypothyroidism after my son was born in 2007, but wasn't diagnosed until a couple months ago. We've been trying for a second baby for four years now, and think the hypo is why I haven't been able to get pregnant. I've never had a miscarriage. I'm hoping after my levels get back to normal I'll be able to lose…

My husband does get frustrated with my low energy and low libido. He can just stop eating fast food and lose 20 pounds without even realizing it. Jerk. :p I'm supposed to start treatment tomorrow for my hypo, so hopefully those things start improving for me.

I'm feeling a little overwhelmed with all this information. I go in tomorrow to discuss treatment of my hypothyroidism with my doc, my lab work came back today and I have elevated thyroid levels. I've known for several years, but had no insurance, so I'm excited to finally start treatment. But I hope I can keep all the…

Thanks everyone! :) He is super cute! His name is Bruce and he's a Great Dane/Great Pyrenees mix, so he's going to be a big boy. LOL I have to work up my stamina now while he's still small and can't drag me! He is such a sweetheart, I want him to have a long and healthy life, and I want that for me, too.

Congratulations!

I've taken the ASVAB twice, and scored in the 90's both times, but I definitely plan to brush up on it because it's been longer than two years so my last one isn't good anymore.

I weight once a week on Sunday morning. I was doing Saturday, but I've found that moving it to Sunday helps me stay on track for the weekend. I like that big "surprise" at the end of the week, so I don't usually like to peek. It's more fun for me to wait. I take my kicks where I can get them.

You look great! Big, big difference. But you're cute in either picture. ;) I love your dancing panda sig.

Awesome! Great job. It's so funny how this site proves to me every day that there are so many people going through the same thing I am. I just posted a topic last week that read almost word for word what you just posted! http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/319321-someone-noticed-nsv Keep up the great work!

I have to say, even at 17 pounds lost, I don't feel or see a difference yet for the most part. I know intellectually there is one, because the number on the scale is consistently going down, I'm averaging 2.8 pounds a week after 6 weeks. But I honestly can't see it. I finally had someone notice last week, and it was almost…

I do larger meals at the standard meal times, then small snacks throughout the day. I plan them out, though, I don't just grab something. I feel full all day, and I'm not starving when the regular meal time comes around, so it's easier for me to eat smaller portions and stay within goal.

I eat fast food every couple of weeks, but usually it's because of poor planning on my part. If I don't have something planned for dinner, I'll resort to fast food. I will go for something within my calorie goal, though. French fries are almost always out. Very high fat and high salt. I'll get a diet soda or unsweetened…

Great job, I can't wait to hit 20, I'm just 3 pounds away. My milestone: I hit Onderland this morning!
-
No special plans, just aiming to stay in Onederland and keep going down. :) I will do something special for one of my bigger goals like 170.
-
You'll get there! By this time next week you'll have hit it, I'm sure. Good luck!
-
Hello 200 Club! I hit Onderland this morning!!!
-
Thanks everyone! I couldn't have done it without MFP. I almost gave up ten days ago, when I wanted to be in Onederland for my anniversary and missed it. But I came here, and everyone gave me such great encouragement. Now, ten days later, I did it! So awesome.  I love it!

Great job! I'm a terrible morning person myself as well. That would definitely motivate me, too! I'm super busy getting ready to move right now, but as soon as we're done with all that I'll be starting a morning workout routine (hopefully!). Can't wait to see some negative numbers here too!
-
Agreed! They were practically falling off me, I had a big gather of cloth in the front and probably looked like a moron.
-
That's great! That's the one part of this weight I hate the most! I can't wait for mine to leave as well.
-
Sweet! Awesome job, consider it good kharma for taking care of yourself! :D
-
Thanks for all the suggestions, I made a spreadsheet. Lol Can't wait to start populating it.
-
Thanks for all the suggestions, I really appreciate it. I'm definitely going to check them out. And I'm aware that the armed forces are downsizing, but they still need new recruits, right? ;)
-
Awesome! Good on you, ma'm!
-
Unfortunately, the Air Force has no similar programs to help potential or current recruits get fit before joining, it's one of the things I asked about when I spoke with him. I wish they did!
-
That looks great, I'm jealous! You go, girl!
-
I'm a 40DD, I hate it and can't wait for mine to shrink!! I'd kill to get back to a C, and I'd be over the moon in a B. I think my husband would leave me if I hit an A cup though! LOL
-
Woo hoo! That's awesome, you rock! I'm only one pound away myself. ;)
-
I'm going to guess that "I am ultra organized" is the lie. 1. I am a fantastic cook 2. I love to read books 3. I'm crazy about country music
-
I've heard great things about all of them, although I've only used 30DS so far. I've seen some great results on here from 6 week 6 pack.
