I make peanut butter and jelly sandwich and eat half at my desk. I sometimes bring a thermos filled with about a cup of milk, keeps me going. My vegan friend has done this several times. She gets a severe headache the second day then all is well. She also poops alot, 4-6 times a day. 15 lbs is a great achievement! Keep it up, you will get to smaller and smaller sizes. Just don't give in! Women's clothes are weird too. You could be one size at one store and two sizes smaller at another. Good luck with your journey!

For food intake, salad has become my best friend. Also for a crunch magic pop, I buy it at Shoprite, its these rice puffs that are 15 calories, super good. I also drink lots of water before I eat. Usually while cooking, I feel fuller sooner. Good luck and see you around.
